To use puch cards, it was necessary to modify the code of perforing of the computer, an IBM 1130. For it we had to use a program, the program POCH, in assembler language of this computer.A second utility programme consists in punching holes on the card corresponding to the presence of a given color: the program COPET written in fortran for the IBM 1130. reads the calculated data registered on the disk, and call the POCH program.

The algorithm is similar to those of the "continuous series" made by hand. A virtual pixel is generated with a statistical repartition of color points. An algorithm produces the variation of the virtual pixels along the surface of a cube, and the result is applied on the real corresponding cube.

An almost pure "formal" color in a pole spreads towards the opposite pole, with a constant percentage on planes parallel to the plane of the equator, decreasing regularly of the North southward.

Other colors coil up the cube, in certain cases a color leaves the opposite pole and spreads in the same way northward
